Five stars for OUTSTANDING customer service.First, the issue:I wrote out a month & it dried and the ink seemed to crack/lighten as it dried behind me. I took a disinfectant wipe to the whole board in an attempt to get rid of any residue that may have caused this... but it happened again... and in even more spots than before I had cleaned it.I was assured it was an issue that they had found with the stock marker. They refunded my full purchase price! This is wonderful news.I will tell you what was relayed to me: just buy a better reputable dry erase marker with this purchase.This really helps keep my ducks in a row and no more things sneaking up on me.It's better, for me, to have a physical representation of events as they'll unfold than to let it sit in my phone's calendar... even if there's an event reminder, those are far too easy to ignore.This has a whole battery of uses. Including little things you want to remember when you're at the store next. Simply the act of writing it down, inpermanently, helps instill memory.So glad I made this purchase. Very reliable and helpful!

It is exactly like the description! It fit on my fridge perfectly as well. Just so you guys know, if you have fridge with a freezer under you either have to put it under the handle , or let it fit under the handle. Ultimately it stuck to my fridge well, and does its purpose!

I brought it my 1st grade to help him stay on visual track.We haven't had it long enough to see if really helps, but I love the easiest of putting info in the squares.

Very strong magnetic back so no budging. Smooth surface that holds the ink so no smudging but easily cleaned with dry-erase eraser or damp cloth after the month is done. Simple and practical design.

Exactly what I was looking for. We use the expo extra fine tip markers because I like to use different colors, but the marker that comes with it works pretty well too.
