How long will it operate on a charge?

Seems like mine will not hold charge. I vacuumed crumbs up about 2 minutes and 1 out of the 3 notches were already gone. I hope they are all not like this.

How long can it run on a full charge?

We have only charged it once since we purchased it in September of 2021. We have used it about 5 times to clean up messes.

How long is a charge supposed to last. I fully charged for 13hrs and the charge only lasted long enough for me to clean a 8. In square about 5 minutes
