Best low carb alternative to spaghetti yet. I was using Konjac noodles which I will still use for Asian dishes, but this Palmini is by far the best low carb alternative to spaghetti yet. Just rince well first to wash off the liquid it's packaged in or it will have a weird flavour. As long as it's rinsed properly first it tastes just fine. A minute in the microwave then top with your favorite pasta sauce and you are good to go. This product does not spike my blood sugar. I'm pre-diabetic so this product is now my favorite go to for italian style pasta dishes.

Taste Good & Healthy

I love these noodles. Taste great and feels just like you are eating normal noodles. I have been keto for a while and these are my go to when I'm in the mood for pasta. Beat any alternative noodle out there. I alternate between the angel hair and the linguine.

these are great but not much flavor. I like zucchini spirals better. Just buy a zucchini spiralizer and make your own.
