CLJ with Round Handles Laundry Bag Hamper, Small, Grey

I really wanted to like this bag. It was fashionable, functional, and looked different than your typical laundry bag/hamper (and the blue color is quite lovely!). It was a nice touch to add the divider in the middle to separate lights and darks. I used it for 2 days, however, and picked it up to move to a different part of my house and the handle separated at the point where the rubber grip meets the metal ring.That being said, customer service with this company is superb. The company heard about my issue with the product and went above and beyond my expectations to apologize for the defect and solve my problem, without me even reaching out to the company to ask. I would highly recommend taking the chance with this laundry bag, due to the superb customer service that goes the extra mile to ensure you are happy with your product.

Love the way it looks! Really convenient for sorting laundry into 2 separate piles. I use it to sort delicates and non delicates. Makes life easier. No issues with it so far.Update:A little over a year later, it's still standing, and it's still cute. However it has started to sag a bit so it's usually not standing straight, and if there's an uneven amount of laundry in it, it also kind of tilts over. It also didn't fully retain it's shape, and now it's kind of rounder than square. But keeping it for now while it's still standing as I haven't found anything else I like better to replace it with.

Two stars cause it's cute . Otherwise it's cheap material and doesn't stand upright. The side with laundry written on it bends inward . Wish I could get a refund cause I'd just buy a plastic bin from Walmart instead!

Good quality. Now if I can just get my kids to actually put their clothes in it, I'll be set!

Horrible handles, broke in first pickup, not solid or strong in any way. Broke in the first moment of picking it up. Returning. Crap.

I love this bag itself. Its really beautiful and it stays upright when empty but the handle broke on my first time using it. I was extremely disappointed but I continued using it with the one handle but then the second handle broke!

Now that I have it, I wish I would have had one for years.
