We love this trampoline! It’s hands-down my kids’ favorite gift ever, they use it every day. It was surprisingly easy to put together. I managed the base by myself, but needed a little help with the top. The only downside is the basketball net, it’s not the best quality and has already come apart. But overall, the trampoline itself is sturdy, fun, and a great choice for active kids!

Granddaughter loves it. Good quality. Assembly fairly simple too. Has anchors, which are good, but we added more because live in area that gets wind gusts often.

I did many hours of research reading every review before finally pulling the trigger on this one. I am glad I did. First off, it comes in 2 boxes and is not necessarily at the same time. Setup for us was a bit longer because my sons did it and they are teenagers. So instead of 2 hours it took 2 days. There were a couple minor issues such as directions not totally clear in one spot but anyone with common sense should be able to figure it out. That is why mom had to step in because the boys were like huh? . The straps under the blue spring cover did snap but customer service was fantastic and they got me a new one right away. I like this trampoline because of the balance bars. I feel safe with the kids on it due to that. It really does allow up to 700ish pounds. We haven’t pushed it past that. For us we try to keep it at 2 adults and 1 kid or 3 kids. I got the 14’ one and I am glad I didn’t go any smaller. With 3 or so people big or small it fills up sorta quick. I like the ladder. Love the basketball hoop and the net is a must have. My kids spent hours of time on this this summer. WE are moving and planning to bring it with us since we just bought it not long ago. I think it was a great value for $500.

Purchased this trampoline about a year ago. We had one spring tear away within the 1 year warranty (our fault for not contacting the seller then) but when our warranty expired (literally a week before this happened) 5 more springs tore off of the mat. My girls could have fallen through the torn mat when bouncing, and I’m glad no one was hurt!! This is a safety issue for sure. Because warranty window was closed, they sent me a link to buy a new mat, but it’s out of stock. So now we’re stuck with a useless trampoline after only a year of use. Just beware of that when purchasing, you’ll only get about a year use out of it! Should have listened to the other review that was saying the same thing. Just don’t expect a long use out of this trampoline, or much help from the company.

I ordered this trampoline last summer and the kids had a blast! It was easy to put together and it's nice and sturdy. Although it's very secure, I decided to lay down sandbags because I live in an area where we get a lot of storms. WIth 2 sandbars on each u-bar, this thing isn't going anywhere. ! I had just 1 slight problem with the trampoline and that was with the basketball hoop. It somehow was defective. SO I contacted customer care and they were absolutely wonderful about it. They responded immediately and apologized for the inconvenience and immediately sent me out a brand new basketball hoop. It arrived in just 3 days. Having this trampoline in our yard has brought so much joy to the kids and their friends and it really adds a nice touch to the backyard fun! We had a bunch of families over and everyone, even the adults joined in the fun. It's sturdy enough to hold adults and kids at the same time. The entrance ladder is a good and easy height from the ground and the zipper entry is secure. Neighbors have been watching and we are setting a trend in the area with trampolines. I would definitely recommend this trampoline to any friend or family member. For the overall quality and wonderful customer service I received, it was worth the money. Kudos to anyone thinking of purchasing this product , you will love it!

Pay very careful attention to the detailed assembly instructions. We got stuck at one point, it seemed the hardware was not a good fit, until we realized we had a few of the lower poles in reverse position. It was not obvious at first. It took three adults to install the support and netting. Otherwise, the installation went smoothly and quickly. Per the instructions, it is ideal to setup on flat ground. We thought our selection site was nearly flat but once assembled we realized it was not as the frame appeared to lean to one side. We carefully slid and rotated the trampoline to an adjacent flatter ground, and it looks much better. You are not supposed to move the trampoline once it is assembled but it is likely inevitable for most folks who place the trampoline on a lawn that needs to be mowed each week. However, the frame is lightweight aluminum so two adults can carefully shift its position without a struggle or any adverse effects. The UV protectors which cover the foam do not seem to stay in place well and have been slipping down every few days - see attached photo. However, the overall setup seems durable, including the fun basketball hoop accessory. We have no complaints about the aesthetics as it appears mostly black on the matte aluminum (not too shiny) frame. The trampoline is a generous size so our family of five can bounce together with plenty of space. Compared to all the other options available, this trampoline seems the best value for the price.
