These are small but are perfect for second, third etc holes.I have very sensitive ears and have only been able to wear 14K gold. I tried these after reading reviews and have been wearing them for a little over a month. NO PROBLEMS!!!

Diamond or whatever the stone is on the same side on both earrings..both on the left..too bad I love them but not worth returning.

Finally! An honest seller!! I read the reviews and chose these earrings to replace the stainless steel jewelry that came with my new piercings because my ears became so red and inflamed with those. The seller claimed that these earrings are safe for even the most sensitive ears (mine all the way) and boy oh boy were they right!! Almost immediately after removing the stainless steel ones and putting these in, my ears calmed right down. Here I am day 3 of wearing them and my ears are totally fine, I mean like perfect! I don't even feel the new piercings at all anymore. Dare I say these earrings sped up the healing time...? I'm one happy camper and will only buy earrings from this seller in the future. Sooooo happy!!
