Perfect work or gaming chair
I needed something sturdy and comfortable because I work from home and I also do a lot of gaming, and this is exactly what I was looking for. The material seems to be well built & put together and it’s comfortable. I love that you can also adjust the armrests - up & down and swivel. I put it together by myself using the instruction manual it came with and watching YouTube tutorials. It came with the back cushion and head cushion but I bought an additional seat cushion for extra comfort.

Nice chair, but...
Update: Okay, so the customer support is outstanding here! Changed back to 5-stars. Replaced the faulty part of my chair very quickly and were more than happy to help. I do like the overall design of the chair and the comfort isn't bad for the price. Lumbar support foam/pillow for the lower back is very nice. I do have a problem with the hydraulic giving out and my chair slowly descending to its lowest setting after sitting in it for a few minutes. This problem just recently became a problem and it was only minor at first, but now it has stemmed into a pretty big annoyance. I am well below the weight threshold of the chair too so that's not what I believe to be causing this issue. I do like this chair because it is a big step up from my previous chair (arm rest broke and customer support was a ghost for my previous chair.) I am hoping the same doesn't stem from AutoFull and they will at least help out with the replacement base at a minimum since I haven't had the chair for a full year. It will remain at 3 stars until this remedy is addressed.

Comfortable and Sturdy, with Excellent Lumbar Support
Autofull was very responsive to my feedback on how to improve their product. One thing I really appreciated about this chair is that all the screws are in the right places and easy to access, making assembly a breeze. I would definitely buy from them again. The chair itself has excellent lumbar support, which is crucial for anyone who spends long hours sitting down. The memory foam cushion is also very comfortable and molds to your body. The chair has a chunky, sturdy feel to it, and the faux leather is soft and pliable, which hopefully means it won't crack like a harder, shinier faux leather would. Each part of the chair was carefully wrapped in foam to prevent any breakage or damage during shipping. One downside to the chair is that the armrests are quite hard and may crack or peel over time, so it's recommended to purchase soft covers for them. Additionally, the back support can be a bit annoying and pushes you further out from the chair, which then puts the leg support at the back of your knees. The cushion also tends to go flat after a few hours, which can make the chair uncomfortable for extended periods of sitting. However, despite these minor drawbacks, the chair is a great option for those looking for solid lumbar support and comfortable seating.

Comfortable and affordable
Been using this chair for a few weeks now. This chair is very comfortable and was a great choice at its price point. I can sit in this chair for multiple hours in comfort without any chair fatigue. The materials seem high quality and the finish is quite nice. I am 5'10" and of average build. My desk height is a little taller than most at exactly 3'. The chair is a little low for that height desk but with a couple inch extra pad it's just about right at its highest setting. That has nothing to do with the chair design, or quality but it might help someone with the fit of their individual desk. I find it most comfortable to use the lumbar support pad as well as an extra couple inch pad on the seat, as mentioned before. Overall, great purchase and I would recommend this product for someone looking for a comfortable gaming chair at a fair price. However, there are a couple things I will mention that earned it a 4 instead of 5-star rating for me that buyers might want to know: 1) The top left screw hole that holds the backrest to the rest of the chair was not threaded correctly. The M9 screw/bolt would start and get a few turns in and just stop with no amount of force able to get it any further. I also tried this with a couple of extra bolts the manufacturer sent with the same results. I couldn't be asked to go buy an M9 tap and re-thread the hole. Therefore, only 3 screws hold my backrest on, but surprisingly I don't notice it making any difference to the sturdiness of the chair. 2) The head rest for someone of my build is more like an uncomfortable upper back annoyance in the position they show it installed. It's much better as a head/neck rest if you strap it to the very top of the chair. Overall, I would purchase it again and will but another one if it holds up for a good while.

Day 1: Will come back an add edits as time goes.
So update... I use this chair probably four hours max a day. And the arm of the chair has ripped into two pieces (the rubber portion). It felt quality, but I suppose durability says otherwise. ------------- I am someone who really needs to find the best deal that they can. A couple of years ago I bought your "generic" gaming chair and it's already lopsided, worn out, and destroying my poor spine. I work from home, as well as game so I need a chair that will support me and also my "pretzel style sitting". Assembly: Honestly, probably one of the easiest chairs I've had to put together. I was trying to put it together on my short breaks while working, and even not until later figuring out that there are in fact English instructions, I had it going easy peasy just from the pictures alone. I like that they really have all the screws where you need them to be, and loose so you just remove them, add the part, and put them back in. As a 125lbs out-of-shape lady, I had absolutely zero issue putting it together. I ended up propping it upside down on a backless kitchen table chair and it worked wonders. P.S. All of the parts seem of really good quality! It's hard to give an accurate time because I worked on it 20 minutes which mostly was me taking it out of the wrapping/protection which was actually packed VERY nicely. 7 or so minutes one other time -- and when I got off work it probably took me about 25 minutes or so to get everything together, flip it over and sit down. Day 1 Review: It is definitely low to the ground, but it's probably the first chair that I've ever sat in that makes me want to NOT sit pretzel style. Not because it isn't comfortable, but because it seems to want to encourage you to sit proper. The back pillow as of right now, is a 10/10 and feels amazing. I can only hope after living in the chair for a while it remains that way. To put into perspective, I am 5'3" as well, and I would *love* for this chair to be about an inch taller than what it is but I'll figure out a way to make it work, maybe a mat. I would be curious as well to see someone of a larger stature sit in the chair - though I wouldn't necessarily question it's sturdiness because it seems to be well made. I feel it caters perfectly to us short folks, aside from the little height issue. So far, I have zero regrets in purchasing this chair. I truly hope it holds up. I can genuinely tell you however that it is already much higher quality than those gaming chairs that all mimic one another in the $100-$200 range. I'd say take the leap with me and lets see how it goes!

Love the chair, had some damage upon arrival. Customer Service is amazing!
First off, this chair is fantastic for the price. Very comfortable, adjustable back and arm rests are a huge plus for making your gaming experience just right. The memory foam back pillow is a very nice touch if you like to sit a bit forward but still have support. Assembly was straight forward and easy, but take that with a grain of salt as I am a mechanic. Packaging was well done to help protect the components during shipping (which is why I was shocked to see a damaged arm rest). I contacted the seller to address the damage during shipping and was honestly suprised when they offered me a complete replacement, instead of just shipping some armrests. Customer service is top notch, and the product is well worth the money.

Just what I was looking for…
I purchased this gaming chair for my husband’s birthday after reading an embarrassing amount of reviews on a million different gaming chairs. Thankfully, my efforts were worth it because he absolutely loves it. It took him maybe 20 mins to put together, which seemed to be a fairly easy process. The chair came with 2 broken parts but they don’t seem to be causing any issues at this point. As for comfort we give it a 10/10! If you’re looking for an affordable, comfortable gaming chair this is a great option. Very pleased with this purchase.

I really wanted to love it, but it's just not worth the pricetag
I wanted to love this chair and was super excited to try it out, but it did not meet my expectations. It's not the worst, but it's not worth the price tag in my opinion. Here's the pros and cons: Pros: It looks great. I got the brown/tan color and I was really impressed with the overall aesthetics. It looks even better than the pictures! The materials are high quality. From the stitching to the screws and mechanical components, you can tell this chair is made with materials that are meant to last. The lumbar support pillow and the seat cushion are pretty comfortable. If you're looking for an extra soft cushiony bottom, this is not the chair for you. But for my purposes, it provides adequate support and is comfortable to sit in for 2-3 hours at a time. It's not life-changing comfort, but it's slightly above average compared to say an average office chair from Staples. Cons: The footrest (knee rest) is unusable. I'm 6,0 tall and it rests painfully right on the backside of my knees. I ended up just removing it. When I'm shelling out 300 bucks for a chair, I want to be able to use all the components. My height is fairly average--you would have to be like 5'5 or below to use this as a footrest. It took almost two hours to put this thing together. I don't know if some of these other folks have degrees in engineering or what, but this char was NOT easy to assemble. The directions were fairly clear and the screws fit for the most part, but you really need 2 people to put this chair together, it is NOT a solo job. The pillow headrest and armrests are quite uncomfortable. As a few other people mentioned, the armrests are hard and just don't quite sit at the correct distance. I tried adjusting them, but again this is almost impossible to do alone as you need someone to hold the metal component in place and position it correctly while the other screws it in. The pillow is rock hard and I quickly removed it. Again, when I'm paying 300 for a chair, I expect the armrests and pillow to be made of a softer, higher quality material. All in all, this isn't the worst chair I've owned, but it's certainly not the best. I will keep it, mostly because of the labor it took to put it together. My advice would be to invest a bit more money in something top-of-the-line.
