Great Desktop Monitor for my Raspberry Pi 400
One of the main selling points of this touch monitor is the Linux compatibility. For me I connected my new touch screen monitor to a Raspberry Pi 400 computer kit. I run Q4OS on my Pi 400 and everything worked out of the box. The touch works, the sound through the mini HDMI to the monitor works, and the USB ports work. I have a X86 tablet with Q4OS, and touch worked out of the box. That said I pretty sure if you were to connect this monitor to a X86 desktop with Linux as the main OS, I feel confident it would all work out of the box.

This is a nice looking monitor.
I'm using this to control my CNC machine. It's poll mounted over the machine out of the way. The monitor tolerates the dust a lot better than the keyboard and mouse could. The screen is not overly sensitive. It took a little getting used to the touch. I'm happy with it.

Worked only one time
I returned this product. It only worked one time, and the picture quality, setup and touchscreen were all fine. However, the second time I tried to use it, it made weird noises and stopped working. Thankfully it was still within the 30 day return window so I sent it back. I would not recommend this monitor

Looking for Solution! Ghost Touch Issue
The media could not be loaded. Just wondering if anyone had expericed the ghost touch issue with this monitor? I would really appreciate if you could share the best solution to this. We are using these to our clinics and some of them have this issue.

The USB cable is what makes the touch function
The multi touch functions great. The only issue is that it requires a USB connection. The monitor sits almost directly on the table surface this I had to make a small base to elevate it. The two extra UB ports are a nice touch. The resolution is pretty low.

GOOD MONITOR BUT...
this monitor back to Amazon. I liked some things but could not get past the faded screen. Pictures appeared faded, sharp enough, but colors were washed out.I liked the physical design. I could tilt the monitor at different degrees, which helped when using touch. The stand is designed so the cables don't get caught under it. The touch worked fine, once I plugged in the separate cable that it needs. (read directions, they tell you the touch requires the cable).I liked the setup of the OSD (on screen display) used to control the various aspects of the screen itself. Unfortunately, there was no way to brighten the screen. It seemed to be permanently set and the screen thus appeared washed out. The OSD did take a bit to get used to.I called support about the faded screen. They promise to reply in 48 hours (though I would expect they now have enough people to reply sooner...COVID crisis is past). They did that but then the conversation was extended because they would only REPLY once every 48 hours. The tech was willing to help, but not willing to engage with me more than once every 48 hours. That does not cut it for me.I purchased an ACER monitor of the same size. It also has washed out colors, but the OSD controls work better to control the bright and contrast of the screen . It also uses more of the physical screen. It was less expensive too.Part of what bugs me is I ordered a 15.5" monitor from Viewsonic last spring. It did not have washed out colors, was bright and crisp. I sent it back because it was too small for my application.Maybe I am so used to the 4K screen on my MAC that the colors only LOOK faded and the FULL HD screens always will appear faded compared to a 4k screen. I doubt it.
