Comfort
This product went above my expectations as I use this item a lot especially in bed since that is where I’m at a lot of times. Also very easy to use when going from room to room in a wheelchair. Also when I fall asleep with it on, my neck never hurts from it.

Love it but, ipad too heavy
I loved the pillow, great for neck, was too warm though for summers in Florida, great for cell phones, but not strong enough to hold my ipad up, it kept pointing downward, so I have ty o hold with hand, wish it was not plastic, wish it was a stronger material, like metal

The thing is comfortable until is no longer comfortable.
I got this because it has good reviews and also because it comes with a built-in pillow like system. This is where my main complaint is. The pillow is so big that after an hour or so I felt my neck was hurting me because the pillow was pushing my neck forward too much causing me neck pain. This is the reason I returned it. The phone holder is quite easy but the pillow is one reason to be careful because it pushes your neck forward after an hour or so. Additionally, the whole thing is big and even though you can fold it. For me was quite big still to put it on a corner until it was time to use it again.

Works exactly how it should
I chose this one for my dad because of the cushion around the neck. We received it and it’s very comfortable and easy to use.

Works great!
