Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G Silver

I have this phone for several months now. The phone had no scratches or things and basically brand new. The only problems I've had is the fact that now the power button is starting to act up, but I don't think that is this seller's fault.

Everything was are advertized and was in perfect condition from what I could see. I thought I could simply move my SIM card to the new phone, but not the case. I took my new phone into my carrier and they replaced the SIM for free, but it did take about 15 minutes to get done. Thank you for a great product.

Two years ago, my husband and I upgraded our phones to the S21+ and have loved using our devices. Our daughter just got a phone for the first time, and to make things a bit easier for our family plan, we decided to get a duplicate of ours. Being able to receive a fully unlocked and factory restored phone within the budget she had from her savings meant a seamless addition of her phone to our plan. The phone arrived in 3 days, and we completed initial setup in less than 20 minutes, including logging into to her existing accounts and downloading her information to personalize her phone. The time at the mobile store was less than 15 minutes, thanks to the phone being fully unlocked and ready to go. All components were securely enclosed within the box, including a cushion pad to protect the phone and a SIM card tool for inserting or removing the new SIM card and memory card. A short charging cable was also provided. Everything was in pristine condition, and a little instruction guide offered the basics for setup and important maintenance details. The vendor has followed up to ensure the experience with purchasing and use has been satisfactory and provided a way to contact them with any questions or issues that may arise. All in all, we are very pleased with this product and the vendor.

I'm pretty petty so I will say, there's nothing wrong with the phone at all. Cell4Less got the phone for me in 28 hours- quicker than most orders of any kind- and it came in generic packaging that smartly doesn't hint at the contents so thumbs up. Phone came in the excellent condition I paid for and tbh if I was told this was a new phone I'd believe you if you took their barcode sticker off the back and had the original box. No damage. No scratches. Nothing. I'm only bitching because I didn't know I was being a pink phone lol. It looks silver in the pic but this is a rose color with hints of sky blue in the glass backing. Doesn't really matter if you're using a case as I am. Top notch seller.

This phone went out just a few days after receiving it. They did not respect my concerns about accounts on the phone that I was unable to delete. I no longer have the option of clearing the phone, it will not do a reset and the find my phone option had not been activated. I took it to a technician and was told it would be 250$ to repair (of which the seller only offered me a 75$ reimbursement towards) but he also stated that it was not worth the repair because the phone itself was very poorly made. 19 messages later, I can tell you the customer support does not have a client first loyalty.

This S21+ was an upgrade from my S9+. I like the larger screen size and the camera takes amazing photos. Everything I've done with the phone works very well and is quite responsive. There are several things it doesn't have that the S9 did... the spot for a SD card and indicator "lights" for messages, calls and charging. The seller was very fast, I got the phone 2 days before it originally was scheduled to arrive. All in all, I am pleased with this purchase!

Love this phone. My first since the S10+ circa 2020 or so. Great continuation. No learning curve. Sleek. Charges very quickly. Beautiful piece of tech.

The charger is good but it likes to disconnect which is the only flaw. Mine was from gatgetdeals. It was fully unlocked and super easy to set up. I love this phone so much

Adquirí este Galaxy S21 Plus reacondicionado de Amazon como regalo para mi mamá ya que le urgia un celular nuevo, había pedido el color Violeta pere me mandaron la versión Plateada, el problema es que esta mal etiquedo los colores y sus imagenes en la publicación del producto, entonces me llego el que no es el color que queria, así que atentos con eso. Respecto al celular, funciona muy bien, de hecho es mejor de lo que esperaba es rápido y la camara es mejor de lo que esperaba, todo llego bien, solo algunos rayones en la parte trasera, aunque nada preocupante, el celular funciona excelente, la pantalla esta bonita, el sonido es excelente, llego en buenas condiciones. Probé la potencia del celular y esta excelente también, pude jugar Genshin Impact, Call of Duty con excelentes frames, también agarra red 5G ya que cuento con un plan de Telcel, es bastante rápida pero la bateria se gasta mas rapido, asi que la pongo en 4G. Respecto a la bateria, dura bastante siempre y cuando no este en modo red 5G.

Perfectas condiciones y muy buen celular lo recomiendo al %100 excelente funcionamiento y sin casi nada de detalles estéticos

HABLEMOS DE LO BUENO (Y VAYA QUE HAY MUCHO). LA ESTETICA CASI IMPECABLE, MARCOS PERFECTOS, PARTE TRASERA CON SOLO UN PAR DE PUNTOS COMO DECOLORADOS, PERO NADA NOTORIO A MENOS QUE SE INSPECCIONE DETALLADAMENTE (COMO FUE MI CASO). EN LA PANTALLA LIGEROS ARAÑAZOS PERP TAMBIEN, NADA QUE SEA TAAAN NOTORIO. EN CUANTO A ACCESORIOS, SOLO EL CARGADOR ORIGINAL PERO DE UN MODELO SAMSUNG SUPER VIEJO, LA CARGA MAS LENTA DEL MUNDO, ME MARCABA UN APROXIMADO DE 9 HORAS PARA LA CARGA COMPLETA (OBVIO, ERA ALGO QUE SE ESPERABA CON ESTE APARATO). EN SI EL TELEFONO VIENE MUY BIEN ESTÉTICAMENTE... PEEEEERO!!! APENAS LO USE HOY EL DIA COMPLETO, LA BETERIA ME DIO 3 HRS DE PANTALLA, LA MITAD DE LO QUE DEBERIA CON UN USO SUPER MODERADO COMO LO HAGO, EL PROCESADOR SENTI QUE SE CALENTABA HASTA ESTANDO EN REPOSO... TAMBIEN ME DI CUENTA QUE EL TELEFONO NO VENIA COMOLETAMENTE REINICIADO, COMO QUE SOLO BORRARON APLOCACIONEW Y FOTOS Y ASI LO MAMDARON, QUIERO OENSAR QIE FUE PARA HACER LAS PRUEBAS. PERO SI HAY ALGO BASTANTE NOTORIO Y ES QUE EN LA PANTALLA, AL FONDO SE APRECIAN ICONOS COMO SI UNA APLICACION ESTUVIERA ABIERTA, YA REINICIE DE FABRICA EL CEL Y AUN SE LE NOTAN (ANEXO FOTO) REALMENTE SE VE MAS DE LO QUE SE APRECIA EN LA IMAGEN Y SI ES MOLESTO. USARE EL CEL UNOS DIAS PARA VER EL RENDIMIENTO Y ACTUALIZARE EL COMENTARIO.

El teléfono me llego prácticamente nuevo la batería dura un promedio de 6 hrs de pantallas activa es cierto que al jugar con gráficos altos el teléfono sufre de un sobrecalentamiento pero en general es un buen dispositivo salvo por una cosa la conectividad con redes telefónicas en mexico ya qué al ponerle mi chip telcel lo detectó pero al cavo de unos minutos salía el mensaje "no se inserto tarjeta SIM" lo cual se me hizo raro problemas con otro sim de la misma compañía y paso exactamente lo mismo , tuve que pasarme a una esim de pillofon para poder hacer uso de datos móviles y cobertura si no fuera por este detalle le daría 5 estrellas pienso quedarme con el equipo o probar otros proveedores como at&t qué es de estados unidos. Pero este punto es importante para considerar tu compra.

El teléfono llego antes de la fecha esperada,entiendo que al ser un teléfono re acondicionado puede no ser exactamente nuevo , el teléfono me llego con bastantes detalles estéticos sin embargo estos no afectan su funcionamiento al momento agarró muy bien el chip solo que he estado notando que el Internet algunas veces no funciona y esto me pasa en lugares donde siempre he tenido señal , no quisiera regresar el teléfono pero si me sigue pasando esto posiblemente lo haga.
