Is this acrylic liquid really odorless?

Yes it is. And it does dry, there's just a film of sticky stuff on top when you're finished. As long as you hit the nail and hear a clicking noise, you're good to start filing. I actually like the sticky film because it keeps acrylic from flying up in my face, and it kind of cleans off my nail files.

I have used the liquids from the store, but this one is different and it didn't come with instructions. How do I use it? It does not dry good, help!!!

A small fan helps it dry faster. Also use a lint free pad and rubbing alcohol to help remove the tacky residue when dry.

Can you use this with regular acrylic powder ?

Yes, i use it with acrylic powder.

Is this item returnable?

I don't know I never returned it because it works great. My husband didn't even realize I was doing my nails.
