Says battery is included.Small print battery not included so now I'm stuck out at sea for three weeks with a new vape and no battery

This seemed to be a good replacement, but now suddenly the device fails to start.

I have had numerous machines in the past and spent a fortune finding the right one. This is similar to the one I last had but I have never had it sitting in a empty shopping bag and it explodes liquid all over on its own. It leaks from the sides where it lets the air in I even found it coming from the battery compartment so that’s it for me it’s going back.Don’t waste you money

I have had this device for under a year and the battery door has failed. It will not stay closed unless I used tape to keep it secure. There appears to be no fix for this issue. Avoid if you want a device that will last.

I really wanted to like this, unfortunately the very tiny small tank has disappointed me.I can’t find any bigger tanks. So it now sits gathering dust.Battery life is good. Flavour is nice. But 2 drags and it’s gone.

As a long time Voopoo fan, I upgraded my old one as it failed after a couple of years hard use. This one, nice to hold, well weighted and good looks, has been let down by the poor tank design.First of all, the one supplied had a capacity oh 1ML, just about 3 or 4 puffs worth. Upgraded to the double capacity - 2ML (wooo).Second, the tank design is very poor. The rubber stop either breaks when trying to pull it out (with teeth as it is so small) or if you use a tiny poking object just destroys it,Thirdly, it leaks so bad! The tank is a Tardis, I only put in 2ML yet litres leak out!!I found a 6ML tank which is great as it lasts longer until it gets around a 3rd full and then just releases itself. Still the same stupid rubber plug yet bigger tank means bigger leak.All in all, not the best and you have to question has anyone at VooPoo actually used this?

This was the second purchase due to both items failing with both being sent back with the same problem failing to turn on and when the item did it would go off again. I purchased from the same supplier and will try another supplier as I've always enjoyed this item and the last one lasted over a year. If working properly they're great Vape machines.
