Gentle and through cleansing with a calming pleasant fragrance. Nicely priced and the new packaging is a step in the right direction but not perfect yet. I've used this product for years and love how it makes my hair feel. I'd highly recommend that you give it try.

I've used this shampoo for decades now, really a terrific product. Keeps my hair, which is on the dryer side, nice and moisturized, clean, lathers well even in the fairly hard water I have. and of course easily washed out. My stylist has introduced me to other Paul Mitchell products over the years but I keep coming back to this one. I also use their leave in conditioner.
