Works fine with Truenas AMD system
Used this with my TrueNas machine as the on-board nic died. Found the card and worked great right after the first boot after installing.

LAN port works
The built-in LAN port on the motherboard of our desktop computer failed. This card was installed in an open PCI e slot. All is well now.

Works as adertised
The NIC worked. Installation was as easy as plugging it in. The little card that came with it provides a website with drivers. The driver for this model was not available. Windows installed a default driver that seems to work well.

So easy to install and operates immediately out of the box

There is no driver available online, even though instructions manual gives a link to download it. Waist of time and money !

Plug and play for Win10 PC
My onboard ethernet got fried during a close lightning strike that took out my router. I now route the coax service provider cable through a surge protector. I bought this card as a drop in replacement for my fried ethernet port on my Win10 gaming PC. 100% plug and play.
