I'm a huge fan of glutamine for recovery after training. This one dissolves well, has no real taste, and I definitely notice less muscle soreness and faster recoveries when I keep it in my supplement routine. Good product at a great price. Will continue to buy this.

I tried a different glutamine supplement to compare. That was a mistake. This is the freshest and best. Helps heal the digestive system. Great product.

I was using probably 5x the reccommeded dose for several days because the serving size on the tub is "one scoop" with no volume/weight measurement. It didn't appear to have a scoop, and I've bought a powder from a different company before that was missing the scoop so I assumed that this was a similar issue. So I just used a scoop I had from an old collagen peptide tub. It seemed incredibly bitter adding to drinks. But after a few days of use I went to scoop some out and felt something hard, the scoop was just really buried in the powder, settling deep from shipping I assume. The included scoop/true serving size is so much smaller than I was using. Glad for that because dissolving the correct serving size makes the bitter taste negligible/easy to mask. And obviously the tub will last longer. Dissolves easily in smoothies and coffee.

Good product. Not too big a difference on the few I've tried, but I do go through reviews and they all have good reviews. I would buy this one again.

I use a l-glutamine to improve my gut health. It was instrumental in getting rid of my eczema when combined with the Omega-3, MCT oil and lion's mane.

I like this product, it mixes easy, has no flavor. And it last for three months, all good things I'd say. Plus it's diabetic friendly! I would encourage anyone to give it a try!

I am taking this in hopes of improving gut health so it is too soon to tell if it will help with that. This review pertains to taste and texture. It comes with a small scoop and It is a very fine powder that dissolves very easily in water. If I mix it with 12+ ounces it only has a slight taste and I can tolerate it when taking my supplements. I also try using it in my coffee but it really ruins the taste and it has a bad aftertaste as well. This is a problem bc most sources say that you need more than 20grams of L-glutamine for gut health. So far I’ve only taken about 15grams daily bc it is not very pleasant. Hopefully I’ll be able to continue it bc I am really sick of gut issues ruling my life. UPDATE 5 stars! Well it has been over 3 weeks since I started taking this L-glutamine and my gut health is really improving, I’m actually becoming regular and normal! After dealing with constipation and diarrhea for most of my adult life (getting worse with age to the point of it affecting my lifestyle and preventing me from participating in activities I enjoy). Well now I have hope that I will be able to engage in activities without worrying about where the nearest bathroom is. Things are not perfect but it’s much improved. I have also ordered butyrate in hopes that will help as well. This product is definitely worth it for anyone with gut issues, it is not something that will cause extremes one way or the other but it has helped me to center my digestion into a normal pattern and that is a fantastic result so far. Update #2: It has been just over 2 months since I’ve been taking L-glutamine and my digestive health is so much better, no episodes of diarrhea and virtually no constipation, I am so grateful for this supplement. I am taking 5gm in about 12oz of water with a scoop of Bloom first thing in the morning. I take another scoop over the coarse of the rest of the day. Also I have not altered my diet in any way that would account for this improvement. If you are suffering from digestive problems please try L-glutamine!

I ordered TypeZero brand unflavored L-Glutamine powder. It arrived within a few days. upon opening the plastic container there was no foul smell. The powder has a faint chalky, sweet taste. It quickly dissolved in tap water and I have had no adverse gut symptoms since ingesting this brand. At 200 servings of 5,000 MGs, the price is very reasonable. I usually buy NatureBell brand, but it is unavailable at this time. I am pleased with this brand.
