Astro Pneumatic Tool 1442-3/8-16A Mandrel and Nose Piece, Blue

I purchased this for a job that required the mounting of 8 large tv's on a hanging ceiling mount. There was no way to get to the back side of the steel structure we were mounting to so we couldn't use nuts, washers, and bolts. We decided to try the rivet nut products from Astro Pneumatic. Initially, we opted for the manual tool and it worked amazingly. Upon seeing how well this worked, we went ahead and purchased the drill attachment. This totally changed the way we mount TV's.

Bought this for my Tacklife rivet nut tool. As others have mentioned, this comes in a similar plastic case. Reasonably priced at $11/ea. If you enjoy drilling holes into sheet metal, then you want this.

Works well, and is a nice addition to the nut setter. I wish they would add a couple of smaller sizes, or come up with a smaller tool to with a smaller range of mandrills. I haven’t been able to find one that works with the smaller range of inserts.

Worked perfectly for my rivnut setting tool. I didnt have the 3/8” size and although the item itself was expensive, it was well worth the purchase to add to my collection

Works great but I bought the wrong one for my tool. I needed the long ones. However I found out you can used this with hand tools.
