This is very good value for money, I wasn't sure how I'd get on with it, but it quickly became comfortable and already my back is feeling relieved after just two minutes. I will build up my time on it gradually. But so far, happy with the results.

Great! Once on, you don't feel the pain (just don't move around too much!). Seems to help and since using it (twice a week) I seemed to have an improved sleep... not sure of the dynamics, but there you go!

I use this every night before bed, it's brilliant! Best nights sleep ever. It's easy to pack away in the provided bag and neck pillow it great to get the tension of the day out. A great guy and well worth a try

Excellent size and exactly what I wanted, easy to use and definitely recommend.

I tried to use it for some time as my GP doctor suggested it. Honestly it was more useful to get a quiropractor to get me fixed than trying to lay down on needles as it's been quite painful. If you have some experience with this kind of acupressure mats and want to maybe is worth the try, but unfortunately not for me. The few times I've used it nothing was broken, fell off or anything so I assume is a good quality, but I'm not an expert
