Don’t work
This is totally useless I installed it and it does its sweep and stays on its lowest setting. Climbs 100° if I’m under serious load which is obviously not right. By the time I got it in my truck I passed the return date unfortunately. Don’t buy total trash. All of their gauges are actually I got 5 of them and the only one that works is the boost

Better than an idiot light.
Simple to install. I do recommend buying a 2 1\8 mount for the gauge unless drilling a hole in the dashboard is your thing. Simple to wire up one from the positive side and one to ground. Looks good and is easy to read. lets you know something is going wrong in your charging system before the light says the battery is dead.
