Love the colors,love the sparkles,it's beautiful! It was the perfect birthday gift! This year my son nailed it!

My 6 yr old daughter loves this and insisted we give this a 5 star rating. It is a very cool take on the traditional lava lamp. We bought several of those types, each having their own issues with the lava or haziness until we finally gave up and went with this glitter version. It does not disappoint. The glitter is mesmerizing and makes unique reflection patterns on the wall. Unlike the lava lamps, there is practically no wait time until the glitter starts moving. The only weird issue we noticed is that the glitter seems to float to the top after turning off and cooling. If you give the bottle a quick swirl motion it'll bring it back into action though. Overall it is a very pretty lamp and would highly recommend.

Fun colors

I got this as a gift for my daughters birthday. It has be plugged in and working for 2 days (only on for bits at a time). I did not receive it with any broken parts as some reviewers had experienced, which is great. I was worried that the bulb or glass would be broken. It could have been though as it was not packaged with the glass and fragility in mind. In my case I was lucky. But if you are thinking about purchasing this item please note that it is not packaged properly for an easily brakeable item. It is quite beautiful and the glitter dances around and it's fun to watch. But it does get extreamly hot. I have never owned a lava lamp and I understand they are supposed to get hot to melt the globs and so on. I guess I just didn't realize it gets this hot. I would not recommend keeping it on over night. It also gives off a good amount of heat in my daughter's room and if it's been on for more than an hour her room is noticably warmer. So we are keeping an eye on it to make sure it's not near anything that can melt or be affected by the heat. I'm not sure how much of a safety hazard this could be, or how normal a lava lamp heats up. So just a heads up. Bottom line is: it's beautiful and does what if says it does, and the price is not bad. But it gets extreamly hot and is packaged poorly.

OMG!!...I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! TRUST ME ITS WAY PRETTIER IN PERSON😍 IM HAPPY I PURCHASED IT.... I RECENTLY ORDERED A LAVA LAMP FROM AMAZON... RIGHT BEFORE THIS PURCHASE AND IT WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET GOING MATTER OF FACT IT NEVER GOT GOING LOL THE LIGHT BULB BLEW OUT ON ME TWICE DISAPPOINTING I DECIDED TO GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY AND THIS TIME IM TRULY IN LOVE WITH IT WAY PRETTIER THAN THE REGULAR WAX LAVA LAMP.... IT HAS PRETTY GLITTER THAT ALWAYS HAS IT LOOKING SHINY AND SPARKLY.. DOESNT REALLY REMIND ME OF THE NORTHERN LIGHTS.... BUT I LOVE IT ANYWAY😍 DEF RECOMMEND👍🏼

I dropped mine because my middle name is clumsy. That thing did not break. I don't know how, but it didn't. There are small lil scratches, but it doesn't bother me considering I thought I'd have to clean up that liquid and glitter. It is beautiful!!! I love it so much, it's good to use as a night light too. Get extra light bulbs though, if you do use it as a nightlight.

This is absolutely gorgeous. If you are considering it and it's on any sort of sale I got it for $19 plus tax and it was worth every penny. Included a video but even the video doesn't do it Justice it's just magic and beautiful it goes from ultraviolet to magenta and has thousands of incredible sparkles completely beautiful and great for home décor was a gift for your friends! 5 stars!

When we ordered this lamp, we were hoping for the color to be mostly purple as in the picture, with some blue and a little bit of pink. When our lamp arrived, it was mostly pink about 2/3 from the bottom, and then a thin layer of purple and blue in the top 1/3. It was quite disappointing for our daughter who doesn't really like pink, so she isn't using the lamp in her room. We're still searching for a lava lamp that will be mostly purple and blue.
