bought five of these and finally opened the boxes after many months of waiting for the work to be done in order to hand the water heaters. the boxes had been taped together but i didn't think anything of it. none of the boxes had the parts but for the rod. i didn't open the packages for fear of losing parts. but this is just a reminder to folks to open the package to ensure all parts are there. hoping holdrite sells parts but need to call because i cannot find on their website. one i get the parts i will update.

Easy to install. Strong. Requires user provided concrete anchor bolts.The provided all-thread rods could use improvement- the cut ends have typical damaged threads at cut ends making it very difficult to screw on the provided nuts. Threads should be fixed or rod cut better at factory to make this a perfect kit.

Great price and easy to install

Great stand used for my electric 30gallon water heater. Would have rated it 5 star if the hardware called for in the installation instructions for mounting to a wood stud wall had been included. I wasn't able to purchase the specified hardware anywhere in my local area. Instead we modified the wood stud mounting using a strut system.
