The media could not be loaded. The plastic insert did the trick! My Blue Front Amazon went through 3 of the other non plastic African Grey collars. Learned how to lift the bottom and get his beak under the skirt. The plastic insert has solved this problem. I do put a poofy ponytail band around his neck with this. Ta daaaaa!
