Exactly what I was looking for!!
Perfect match to my Team Wendy helmet, but it is a TW adapter! I had to swap the direction of the strap on my headlamp so I could run the strap through the adapter and have the headlamp sit center, otherwise it sits the lamp off to either side. You may not need to do this step depending on your lamp. Works great, easy snap in/out. Secure once in.

This is great if you need to be able to use a headlamp. It holds the headlamp strap in place no more adjusting.

Not worth the brand
This thing took forever to arrive and when it finally did I see it's not up to snuff. Yes, it fits into both type of NVG mounts I own. No, it really does not capture the strap for my headlamp. It's just a one way slot that keeps it from sliding up the forehead and over the top but when you bump it down, it slips right out.There should at least be a ridge or rise on the lip to pretend to capture the strap if not a steep angle.I did not see the value and as an accessory to a helmet that cost what my Team Wendy cost, its just not up to the brand name.

Works as advertised!
This is the only way to secure an elastic headlamp to your Team Wendy helmet. The adapter fits solid onto the helmet and it won't go anywhere. It secures the headlamp strap OK but I wish it had a top AND down stop system. As is, it'll prefent the headlamp from slipping upwards and off your helmet, but not from moving down so my headlamp has slipped out of the holder a couple of times already.

Works but could use some fixing
Its does the job but could be better. The headlamp easily slips down. Took forever to ship. And is extremely over priced.
