Child size
I had to return this item. It was just too close to the floor. It is more of a child size chair and I was not able to get down that low and get up again! Great chair - just too small.

Save your money!
If you’re like me and buying this because a loved one needs a place to sit while dressing please pay very close attention to the MEASUREMENTS! We had to downsize homes and have no room for a spare chair or stool in our room. I thought this was an answer to a prayer! I looked but didn’t see the measurements in my head or actually measure the wall 🙄 It is literally a child’s size seat that is so close to the floor it would have been laughable had I not thought this was the perfect solution to my loved one’s mobility problems. Definitely not worth the price either.

Cute, Tiny Chair
Perfect for my small laundry room. Didn’t want to move a chair all the time to clean around it. With a flick of my hand, the chair folds flush against the wall and stays there. It is a small seat, but good enough for a normal weighted person to sit on and remove shoes.

Too small
This product is very low to the ground. When I say very. I mean really low.. too low for anyone under 4ft tall.. I do not recommend for anyone but kids. Once attached to the wall the legs have to be pulled out as well.. You have to bend to the ground just to put the legs down. So you might as well just put on your shoes without fixing the seat.. Save the $100..If the products legs slide down as you pulled the seat down.. maybe.. then you could move the height of the seat but nope... about 12 inches off the ground..

Fits into narrow hallway and mudroom
Folds up easily on the wall and does not take up valuable hallway and mudroom space. The only possible complaint is that it is a tad too low for some folks.

Quite short, but still useful
The media could not be loaded. There's room for improvement. As seen in the video, the legs do not come down 90 degrees automatically. So it might require a spring loaded mechanism or pneumatic cylinder to accomplish that.It also is quite low to the ground. But it's hard to find a product like this so it's still a good find. I'm a young man so I don't mind crouching low to tie my shoes. It actually keeps my gut out of the way after a big meal.I made sure to install the folding chair onto a wooden wall stud in the middle. The other two sides I used my own 70lb drywall plugs. I also used my own zinc screws which were a bit longer.I wish there were larger ones on the market. I'll have to keep looking. But this one will have to do for a few years. Cheers!

Perfect
I installed this in my entry way. It is the perfect size/height to put on or take off shoes, and then, it folds away. Perfect for me.

Disappointed!
This item is a poor design. Not worth $84 that we paid. We have it in an entry way, one foot from a door. When the door closes, the chair falls down into open position. Must be the motion in the room that causes the fault. Very disappointed, but don't want to return since we have anchors into the wall now. Will have to come up with some sort of a hook to keep it in place.
