Q: Does the brass lighter come with fuel? Is it only the sandalwood that does not come with butane ( because of the explosion hazard)?

There are shippingvrestrictions with regards to butane lighters. They can't be filled. So no, it doesn't come with fuel but Amazon carries butane.

Q: Is the brass one supposed to use naphtha fuel whereas the sandalwood uses butane? The brass has a wick whereas the sandalwood does not.

This reproduction Old school lighter uses butane, it was not an ideal purchase for us.

Q: Can or how to Change the flint?

If there is one, I never found it, the lighter never stayed lit- I looked all around to see if flint was the issue, but never found where a flint would be located.
