Full of fat
I bought two jars and have never been more disappointed. Both had very little meat about 10% , the rest of each jar is all fat and vinegar. If someone wants to save money this is not the way to go about it.

The media could not be loaded. I would have rather had whole hocks.

No meat mostly skin and fat. Put the whole hock in w the bone!!!
