These lanterns worked well as outdoor party decorations. My only issue is that it would be nice if the metal used for the C hook was slightly flexible. The lanterns would have stayed in place better if we could have bent the hooks to clamp them on to the string we used to hang them up. Still worked well though!

Used these to celebrate Autume Moon Festival. Easy to expand/assemble. I used tea candle instead of real candles, safer that way. The bottom of the lantern has hole, not flat to place tea light on, so I put 2 inside tilted, on either side. Oh well. Good enough.

Love these, so festive and great engineering design with the hanger/hook part. I only downgraded from five to four stars because the weld broke on a few of the hanger/hooks right from the package.

I used these to add some decoration to our campsite at Coachella. I was able to place a small light inside of them and they really made our campsite beautiful and easy to spot at night. It came with so many and they were so easy to assemble. Got lots of compliments on our campsite!

I liked how sturdy they were. I used them for a craft project with toddlers ...space aliens hung from the ceiling. The toddlers made squishy hand prints, crushed sticky eyeballs and colored the surface with crayons and none of the lanterns were bent or torn when we were done.
