Make sure the hose is up. Or you might put a lot of clothes. Don't exceed the capacity of 4KG.

Q: Does it come with a warrantee? If not, how much do we have to pay to get one?

It says there’s a one month warranty. But of course the warranty wont be useful after all. You wouldn’t wash the clothes everyday to see the machine works well.
