easy to install..( i used it recirculating option ).screwed to rear wall..no problems..if you want to use the 4 keyhole slots in top to secure to underneath of a unit..you got problem.rear ones dont need because its screwed to the wall..but the front two slots are in fact level with the front door of the cupboard.wall unit is 300 m/m deep...front hole slots approx 290 m/m..so you cant use..unless you dont want to open your cupboard ever again.crazy dimensions from manufacturer.i had to drill 2 holes approx 30 m/m back from the ones in unit to secure it to bottom of my overhead cupboard...all ok now..but removing the blue protective plastic before fully installing is easy enough..except for the front line panel with the light in it...the 2 metal faces have plastic in the line..bloody impossible to remove it all..leaves a blue visible line in front of the light...right across the width of the unit ???...careful use of Stanley blade removed most of it...not good.also beware of the edges inside unit sides..like serrated razor blades whilst doing up screws touched a finger alone one edge...get 15m/m slash on end of one finger...bad !!.. once all in ..looks fine..everything works perfectly...3rd fan speed a tad noisy but it dont run for long..looks sleek and modern compared with what i had in before ( 30 year old hygena hood )can recommend the unit..just take care fitting it

Good value nice Matt black. Cooker hood good value for money nice much thinner replacement for my old hood which was over 20 years old didn't want to buy an expensive one and wanted to modernise my kitchen fan fitted my existing cabinet well and can be used as either a external vented hood or circulating with charcoal filter. I love the modern metal panels light very effective was skeptical because of price but it is decent quality I was pleasantly surprised a little noisy but not as bad as my old one works well .

I purchased this extractor to replace an old and worn out unit. Very easy to fit with clear instructions and templates. It works much more effectively with the 3 speed fan but it is quite noisy in comparison to the old unit. The led lights located towards the front are very efficient. Overall a good unit

Bought this last year just got round to fitting last week . However disappointed with the performance as the kitchen is still full of steam, even on full strength, which incidentally is very noisy and the unit vibrates quite alarmingly.

Works great, little noisy, comes with extension cord and plug.

This article arrived dented this was a manufacturing fault not a packaging problem. The screws holding the canopy/casing on had been over tightened causing the canopy to be dented . I removed the screws and motor pressed out the dents and put the screws back in at the correct tension.I thought this was easier than parcelling it all up again and driving to the post office to return it and then reordering.

Great hood, really easy to install. Just take off the filter covers, hold in place and then drill the holes where needed. I found a previous hood purchased had inaccessible holes for the screws to hang from which meant they couldn't be tightened once installed. Nice and powerful fan. Using smoke you can see that it draws up the air comfortably.
