Don’t waste your money on this diaper bag. I bought this to use with my son who was born in March of 2023 thinking it would be well made, especially for the price. Within 2 months of owning it (and only using it when we went to drs appointments pretty much, since my son was still so young) the teeth on the zipper broke. The warranty team did replace it when I reached out, which was nice and I decided it must have just been a fluke. Well now my second jujube bag, the one they sent me under the warranty, the zipper has broken again!! I’m so annoyed and feel like I just threw money away on this bag. With my older kid I had a random non name brand bag that has lasted more than 5 years, I should have just gotten another one of those instead.

Hello,I was really excited about this bag and was able to convince my husband on it. He really liked the idea of something compact, organized and versatile. We already had one from our first kid and its in great condition, its just everyone else we know had the same bag. Unfortunately the zipper reviews were not as frequently expressed until after we started having issues with ours. I was reviewing multiple reviews prior to purchase and did not see the truth about the zipper. We can hardly pack it just to keep it shut. We have attempted realigning the zipper even, and it still does not keep a tight seal and splits again. The pictures attached are how it currently is when strategically closed. But a lot of the time the zippers have to remain on one side and has to be done slowly. If someone else who isn’t familiar with “our bag” the zipper easily gets off track. 2 starts because it is cute and good fabric, just a really crappy zipper.

My son is 20 months and zipper on bag is broken. We have been able to do quick fix for couple months but now it's unable to be repaired. We brought to dry cleaner to replace zipper and they can't do it so now we have to add to the landfill

I really do love this bag. I did a lot of research and this one checked all the boxes. The reason for the 4 stars is because I don’t particularly care for the adjustment mechanism for the back pack straps. They’re more like d-link style. Kind of a pain, and also, there are SO MANY useful pockets, but when you fill one pocket the pockets behind or adjacent to it doesn’t leave much room in the bag. If the bag was designed with more slack for each pocket it would be 5 stars for sure. But overall GREAT GREAT BAG. You can easily carry WAYYY TOO MUCH stuff. And the mommy pocket is perfect.

El primero que pedí llegó con el zíper dañado, pero agradecida que me resolvieron súper rápido y me enviaron un reemplazo. Me encanta la mochila, es cómoda y tiene suficientes bolsillos para la organización que es tan importante para mi.
