This knife is beautiful and perfect in size. The weight is balanced, the sharpness is true, and the quality is spot on. I have been looking for a quality and stylish knife and this is perfect. The value is worth every penny! I have seen that others have had tips break. I have yet to have even the slightest issue with the tip.

This knife is awesome. I love the weight and balance. The photo shows the difference between Dalstrong knives and price points. The one pairing knife come with a plastic cover this one has has a leather cover. This one is much sharper and much better balanced. The knife fits so well in your hand. I will use this for most of my chopping needs.

Absolute high quality knives. Extremely well made. I really like all the different series that are offered as well as other kitchen tools and items. They have some very unique items and one of a kind. I got some of the gladiator series for my oldest son and the show gun series for my youngest son for Christmas. I even got a couple for myself. These knives will last a lifetime and beyond if they are taken care of. I'm a very happy and will be a life long customer. Many more items I will be ordering in the future.

This is an excellent paring knife All I can say is wow!

I like this paring knife but I don't love it. The blade is sharp. It's beautifully constructed with a stellar presentation (a Dalstrong hallmark). My only wish is that it was a bit more nimble, a bit less thick. It's very comfortable to hold & use. It appears to be exceptionally durable. Dalstrong has among the very best reputation for customer service, which is important to me, especially with knives & cookware. While not perfect, imo, it is very good. I'm happy to have it & look forward to many years of use.

Excellent quality and can split hairs rite out of the box. Pictures don't do it justice. Would recommend dalstrong knives to anyone.

It’s beautiful, but heavy for a paring knife, it’s very sharp l do like it for cutting meat.

I was a bit dubious about buying this knife as all my other knifes are Japanese Damascus but I'm glad I did its a great knife and also looks beautiful 😍

Perfection

I'm extremley disappointed with this product quality. I have couple of knifes from this company, but Valhalla series is a joke. Rusted in 17 months and blade fell off the handle! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!
