The product itself is good but my hair turned auburn/red instead of blonde

I have no idea how my hair turned ginger . Before I bought it , I looked at the reviews and everyone else's hair turned brown ?? But regardless I love the colour ! Very easy process and the instructions were very clear

The best way I can describe what color this dye made my hair is like a golden brown (my roots came out blonde though). I have dark brown hair so I usually go a shade or 2 lighter with hair dye than the color that I actually want and that pretty much does the trick. I was going for brown, so overall I'm pretty satisfied with the results.

My hair is naturally very dark brown, natural 3b curly hair. I wanted to lighten the ends of my hair for an ombre effect. Well it did go a few shades lighter to a mid brown but nowhere near the colour on the box! I am guessing it would take a 2nd application to go lighter again but I don't want to do that just yet as it will damage my hair.
