Works good for kayak
It fits through the molded stabilizing holes in my kayak so I can lock it to keep someone from walking away easy with it. It's one of those things people say "keeps honest people from stealing it". That's all I needed, just something to be troublesome since I have 4 cameras outside.

Workplace theives thwarted
I purchased one of these cables to secure a very crucial-to-the-operation stapler to our work station - stapler thieving individuals from other areas of the workplace have been halted, stapler secure! I am going to order another one to desk-thief-proof what is probably the 6th pair of scissors in the last 12 months - I'm sad that it has to come to this, but facts is facts. You and your team take care of your stuff, don't come and take ours!

Useful and lightweight
This will work nicely with small padlocks.

Very thin.
It's much thinner than I anticipated. I use it for outdoor furniture so it doesn't get stolen off our patio at night... Even though nothing has been stolen, it looks pretty easy to cut through.
