UPDATE: It's been 10 days since this bouquet was delivered and I've just had my first loss, a yellow freesia, the rest of the bouquet is still going strong, I've never had a Freesia Bouquet last this long - I AM AMAZED!!!I have bought this bouquet twice before, but this time, the bouquet delivered was THE BEST ONE YET. There were plenty of unopened buds that have now started to bloom—no damaged stems or de-flowered tops—and I just can't stop looking at them!!! This seller, who I buy from regularly, has "set the bar HIGH" and will have to "live up to this standard" in all my future purchases from them.

When the flowers were delivered instead of a nice surprise I would think my wife would have been embarrassed in front of her freindsI have ordered flowers before from Amazon with no problemsBut this has put me offStill haven't received any refund

The flowers were beautiful and they were in great condition. They’re currently in the vase and I can’t comment on their longevity but our last lot lasted 10 days! My only minor issue is that they use Royal Mail so you can’t guarantee a delivery date. But that said the product is lovely and I would recommend and have used them before.

The freesias lasted only 5 days! We would expect them to last 3 to 5 weeks! I sent them to my mum, who contacted the seller on her own a week after they arrived to express her disappointment and sent them photos. The seller said that as she had not contacted them within 5 days of receipt they would not do anything! Rather an inappropriate way to treat the recipient of what was supposed to be a loving gift!

The flowers arrived quick in a long thin paper box and there are lots of flowers and buds, although some of them were a bit tired with the head down or off but I saw most of them regained liveness after 2 days in the vase. I think it would be better if sent out with a slightly bigger box with a little plastics water container. My bouquet was purple, pink and white which just happened are the colours I like.

Positives - large cardboard box useful if your moving house anytime soon. This also convinced my partner I had spent a lot of money on her when it arrived.Negatives - The small cheap looking flowers contained within, which didn’t convince my partner that I had spent hardly any money on her.No flower food as stated should be included or care leaflet.Upshot is the flowers were not what you would expect for the price paid so have requested a refund as item delivered was not as described on the site.

They use to come looking exactly like the photo and I would always buy them and was always very happy with them, but now they are looking about half the size with a bit of ribbon wrapped around them. I was expecting them to come as the bouquet presented. Slightly disappointed to give these to my family when they look like something wrapped from Tesco.
