Q: Is this good on carpets?

i use it on hardwood floors but it could be used on carpet but the battery drains faster and you have to recharge it more often

Q: Does this work good on carpets and pick up cat hair from carpets?

I used it for cat hair on carpet for ten years. Just keep the hair out of it ( clean it out ) when needed! I love this product for daily sweeping up of cat hair because I can’t pull the big sweeper out because I have a bad back. Just take your time so it doesn’t stop dead on the carpet and flip!

Q: Does the charger have dual voltage?

Yes but you can’t leave it plugged in all the time. If you leave plugged in to the charger for longer than 8 hours, the charger will die.
