I love this little phone, ideal size, clear face, sound excellent and easy to use. Haven't set up finger-print lock yet as I will be using it mainly for calls and texts. Very pleased. It was delivered early and very securely wrapped.

I needed a rugged, waterproof phone as my last one had been dropped into various horse water buckets and the camera lenses had got quite misty( but the phone never stopped working). That and the small(ish) size were my main criteria. This phone is literally useless around water. It has had one dunking of less than 5 seconds, was immediately towel dried and the ports shaken and dried with tissue paper, but instantly stopped working and had to be taken to pieces and dried for several hours on a radiator before it would work again, and yes, before anyone comments, the back was correctly attached before it had got wet. If it so much a sniffs the steam from the bath, it cannot be connected to a charger for several hours until it dries out(I now keep a mug of silica sachets on my bedside table to stand it in), and it is currently sitting in the silica mug having been in my back trouser pocket whilst I was out doing the horses in the rain....it is showing the drip symbol to tell me the charging port is wet. The other, massive and incredibly annoying fact is how rubbish it is at connecting to other devices via Bluetooth. It took over a dozen attempts to connect to my car, and still, after sooooo many very annoying attempts, won't connect to my Bluetooth speaker or my earbuds. I can't tell you how incredibly disappointed I have been with the lack of functionality of this phone. I am desperate to switch back to a Sony, but sadly I can't yet justify the outlay.

Nice looking phone, good features, battery life good about 3 days, says it's waterproof but USB and headphone socket has no cover?.

There was a delivery problem with this product when first ordered. The company (Brand Smart) dealt with this efficiently and organised for the product to be resent quickly. My teenage son is delighted with his new phone and is looking forward to exploring all the features it has.

I liked the features on this phone and its ease of use.

Really good phone for common daily tasks except gaming. Browsing, banking and communicatimg work well. Thus the earpice isnt the loudest but as a work cell you probably use some BT headset anyway. Battery life is ok. Samsung keyboard on a small screen is terrible but eg. using Gboard with a proper layout makes things a bit easier. And the phone fits gently in a pocket. And a plus is it takes a micro SD card, I use a 512Gb card. My S21FE didnt have any memory slot and was filled up pretty quickly. The camera is ok in daylight but dont expect any high quality images, Well worth the price and the phone was quickly delivered!

Hasta ahora todo le funciona muy bien (lo adquirí en julio). Carga rápido, tiene poco lag y salvo algunos problemas de conectividad con las redes móviles y la muy escasa batería es un buen teléfono. Lo que sí, es que sugiero adquirirlo con una carcasa protectora porque sí se le puede meter el agua y causar algunos apagones repentinos.
