Hamilton Beach Professional-Style 3 Liter Deep Fryer

Great fryer I never worry about the food being cooked incorrectly or the fear of grease popping up on everything. It was also easy to clean up.

Works great, use it often and it does a great job.

Bought for my husband at Christmas and he oves it and uses it all the time. Large basket size allows more to be cooked at once refucing overall cook time. Heats up fast and is easy to use.

I do like it and would repurchase. However- it replacement my 1975 Sunbeam fryer that would heat up to 350 degrees in 5 minutes. This fryer takes 15 minutes to heat to 350 degrees. On the good sided the temperature settings are accurate as I checked them with my digital thermometer. It also saves counter space buy being rectangle. Though I thought it was a good value after the fact I found it at Manards for $35.

I've always done all my frying in a conventional pot using a thermometer or chop stick to see if the oil was hot enough - not any more! With this fryer the heat rods get the oil to the perfect temperature in about 5-10 minutes. Easy to clean as well, just make sure to wipe down the sides with a wet sham cloth after every use and have a station where you can remove the heat rods to replace the oil when needed. You will rarely overcook your fried foods with this fryer, all you really need is a meat thermometer and 1 arm to lift the frying tray out to check to see if its cooked. You also have to make sure to slide the panel with the heat rod in place with the panel that holds the oil or the fryer won't turn on.

Great Fryer. Easy to clean and set up. Heats up super fast and stays hot. Strong basket but can be a challenge to clean. Highly recommend.
