Made: A Sempre Novel

I loved this book, it would be 6 stars in my opinion. From the first chapter I was drawn into the life of Corrado Moretti and his mafia life. This book is 530 pages which I would normally complain about being too long but I could have kept on reading and reading and reading about Corrado Moretti, Celia and their family. You know you’ve got a great book when you feel like a fly on the wall in the story, and it’s written in a way that makes you feel like there in the book! The story starts as Corrado as young boy and explains his up bringing and ultimately what turns him into the man he becomes. This story is gripping, complicated, and romantic just brilliantly written. I couldn’t put it down. Highly recommend, just download the sample and you’ll be hooked.

Corrado Moretti is my absolute favourite fictional character. I'm pretty sure Darhower could have wrote about him going for a walk for 200 pages and I'd have lapped it up.I love love loved this book. I've wondered since Semprè what makes Corrado the way he is so it was great to finally see and even though he's the kind of man that can casually kill a man then walk home, picking up some flowers for his wife along the way, it only made me love him more.If you haven't read Semprè yet I wouldn't read this first. I think it should definitely be read after.So much love for Corrado '

All of her Books are just wonderful. I actually stumbled upon this author by buying one of her books to read on the plane. I could not put it down. I even left the tv off when I got home, and that takes a miracle. I then bought several more. Each one was better than the last.

Corrado Moretti's life story is another great read from Darhower. I love her stories about the Mafia. All of her books are tops on my list of intriguing characters and "must keep reading" plots. I really hope this author keeps writing about these "made" men. The Godfather and Mad Men combine in this story of murder, honor, and love.

The story just kept you glued to the pages, The other two Sempre novels i enjoyed, But this book will stay with me as one of my best reads. Find the time to read it you wont be disappointed,J.M. DARHOWER THANK YOU
