This scar gel has worked wonders for me on multiple new scars. I haven’t tried it on older scars yet, but I have noticed a huge improvement when I use it consistently on newer scars. Magic! I’ve had a weird little cyst of scar tissue on my arm for 5+ years. 4 weeks of using this 3 or more times per week and that odd little knot has completely disappeared. Old burn marks on my hand are fading. I wish I had taken before pics so I could compare.

The gel itself works pretty good. The first bottle came completely full and lasted a few months. The second one I opened had less than half that the first had despite it being sealed. WTF Amazon. If it happens again this will get 1 star and returned. This is ridiculous.

It’s still too early to say whether it’s a miracle product for making scars disappear — scar healing is a long game that takes consistent daily use over many months. That said, it’s very easy to apply, dries well, and hasn’t irritated my skin at all. It feels gentle and breathable, and it fits easily into a daily routine, which matters when you’re committing to long-term use. Even if the final results take time, it’s definitely not hurting anything, and it’s doing what a silicone gel should during the healing process. I’ll continue using it and would be comfortable recommending it as part of a scar-care routine.

Very effective . I’m prone to get scars either from pimples or scratches but this has helped tremendously. Works very quick for me. 2 weeks of consistent use day and night application and my scar have faded alot , barely noticeable. Very smooth texture . A little goes a long way .
