the rice cooker has premium built and same with the accessories included. works perfectly everytime. no more burnt rice :) the only con I've observed is that it does not have a drain container, so whenever you open the lid, some steam water will drop at the back. the plug is positioned further inward at the back, so i don't think the steam water flowing wont affect it.

This ain't no Zojirushi but for the pice it's a very good rice cooker. If you're coming from your average rice cookers these are an upgrade, nonstick pot,very well made. If you eat rice on regular basis do yourself a favour and get these. Cleaning the pot after finishing the rice couldn't get easier, non-stick rules! Don't go using stainless steel spoons and forks to scoop out the rice though ; ruins the non-stick coating.

The lock suddenly broken, and the rice cooker cannot cook rice any more. First time to know Philips’ quality is not good as before.

functions are working good with good build quality but the only problem is doesn't have screen to see the remaining countdown cooking time like other brands , but overall satisfied

So far so good! It's great quality and I love the cooking functions, the rice is well cooked and keep warm very very well. Even after 3 hours after cooked, you still feel the rice like newly cooked. Awesome! Price is not very competitive, it's same range with other places such as Carrefour etc. But I always prefer to buy from Amazon.
