Brand I should have ordered in a first place. Soft easy to sew and holds really well. Like that it's kind of in a dispenser boc. Ordered another cheaper brand. It was a joke. Total garbage. Velcro Brand for me from now on.

I sewed this onto neck coolers for guys that golf. Also used on cat & dog beds I make & donate to Humane Society & SPCA. The sew on type does not gum up my needles. Also, being one large roll, I can cut to each specific size.

I bought some motion sensing wireless cabinet lights from Amazon a while back and the magnetic adhesion to the mount/base failed somehow after about a year. To repair this I just got this Velcro to hold the long flat self powered LED light to the bottom of the granite that is the top of the inside of my pantry cabinet under the center island of my kitchen. Its a bit pricy but the original brandname works better I feel than the generic stuff. The light is in the right place again and easy to pull off when I need to charge it a couple of times a year.

Removal: The wall picture is from removal. That happened when I was careless. I found that picking at a corner until it can be pulled slowly works, while spraying vinegar with a spray bottle. Similar to command hooks, you need to take your time, or suffer consequences like me. By moving slowly, it allows the adhesive to get wet and unstick from the wall slowly, instead of encouraging the wall paint to be the weakest when pulling faster. Minus one star for: On the pens with velcro applied, the adhesive is starting to come off after a month. I am able to restick it, though. Also, I think it is too expensive for what is provided.

Worked for the bibs I was sewing. I would purchase again.

The velcro is fine, but it's supposed to be sew-on. However, it is very difficult to put the needle through plastic! They should have a softer material at the very edge of both sides so that sewing would be much easier. If it was an amazing invention in the 50's, couldn't they improve it today?

Do not make the mistake of trying to sew the adhesive backed velcro. It will gunk up your sewing machine and make a mess and you will regret it! This one worked very well and much easier to sew.
