Pump arrived without a pumping tip, but luckily I had a spare pump so could live without it. However, the ball deflated after a couple of hours. After repeating the process a couple of times, it was evident that the ball had a failure and deflating itself too quickly so I was forces to return it back to the seller.

Call did not last, developed multiple lumps and builders within a few weeks of normal use.

We bought this for my sons 11th birthday. He opened it on 4/22. Around the end of May it split, a few days past my return window. Ball wore out quick. It was always stored indoors when not used. Updated- Customer service has been great. They stated it may have been a manufacturing flaw.

Nice outdoor basketball. It wears relatively fast but it was not expensive at all. I love the feeling, grip and how it bounces. Definitely I will purchase again.
