This walking stick is exactly as described. I am pleased with how pretty it is. It does make a louder tap than my other cane makes but it certainly isn't a negative point. I haven't actually used it yet so I can't comment on taking it apart and putting it back in use. But it has a nice classy look to it and the handle feels comfortable in my hand, fits nicely.

I ordered this after my knee replacement. It was sturdy and well made. I liked that it this easily collapses to carry while travelling. It was easy to fold up and was able to support my weight well. I got mine in gold.

Easy to snap open. Fits in a good size purse. I dont use it all the time but when i know i will be walking a lot i carry it with me just in case!

I keep hearing I should use a cane. I got one of those canes that stands on its own. Hated it. I still don't like canes but if you're going to have a cane this is great, This can is functional, foldable, and I love the handle. It's truly elegant and it doesn't say: you're old or you're crippled or you're on your last leg. It makes you look like you're using it for a style post and that you're really with it. The etching all along the cane is very snappy, LOVE the color and the handle.The only downside is that the wood and the metal CAN scratch in use. But I think you could fix that with a little brown sharpie. If you need a cane, it's wonderful and even the strap is nicely done. Great quality, especially for the price, Height is totally adjustable.

Sturdy and beautiful. I love the engraves look on this bronzy red gold walking stick. The handle is real wood, if feels good to the touch. I knew it was real wood when I accidentally chipped it. Really beautifully done, and at a surprisingly good price! It even has a wrist strap you can hang it up with!This is my second Switch Stick. I loved my first one so much that I got another. I removed the tip - which its a nice tip and rather hard to remove (I used screw drivers) and put a wider based tip for all terrain walking , it fits the standard tip size. I got compliments on this cane, people wanted to know where I got it. Of course, Amazon, that is where everyone in Alaska shops ! It arrived in a half a week. You can not send a letter across town that fast!I feel dressed up with my new cane. I also feel a lot safer. I will probably get more. They would make a great gift for someone who uses a walking stick, they are unique and so well made.

This is an amazing collapsable cane I,ve had one that was opened by elastic strings which wear out after very little use. This cane clicks together by strong magnets. Amazing

Just because you need a cane doesn't mean it has to be boring. This is my second one and I love them.

Very clean. This is a styler of a cane. EVERYBODY buys me one for birthdays, etc., this is the one I save for nights out with the lady.
