Use these for ultras and running anything over 10miles. I use these as get terrible sickness with gels. Keep me energised and help keep me properly hydrated. Great texture and fabulous taste.

My fav treat! Got them for marathon and all the family is now addicted. We all use them for different sport activities for that needed energy boost. They are really delicious. Sometimes I would eat them just as candies, they have very nice chewy consistency. The only drawback is they get softer on a hot day and might stick to each other, so it's harder to separate them while running (no issues with other sport)

Surprisingly very good and noticeable source of energy when needed and easy to digest. Nice range of flavours and not too sweet on the palate. And small - easy to find space in your pocket for a handful on a long ride.

Taste amazing, easy on the tummy, very effective

These are similar to small cubes of jelly. They have a subtle taste and texture and are easy to swallow and kind on the tummy. No dry mouth as you sometimes expect from the gels and offer a good alternative to the gels. Great for long runs or cycles and help reduce fatigue and maintain performance. No issues with purchasing these again.

I used these for running during my long runs. They taste good and have an ok texture, a bit like soft Turkish delight. They are hard to open and difficult to get out of the packet, I didn't need all 6 segments, so ended up carrying surplus supplies.

Good product

I was recommended these by a trainer who is an ultra runner because I was having tummy issues with gels. They are a bit sticky when warmed up in your pocket, but taste good. There are 6 chews in a packet, the suggestion is to eat two at a time. They gave the required energy boost without having to rush to find a loo! Texture wise maybe a bit like a piece of Turkish delight, flavour was overly cherry but a pleasant sweet pink flavour. Did the job. Would buy again.
