Product decent, company poor
Overall the product is decent, size exactly as stated. It's a robust ramp. Although, in description it states that reflector eyes are situated in grooves. Mine however had no reflector eyes.I did go through the correct procedures when trying to inform the company. However, still no reply or response to my query. So, although product is decent, the low rating is based solely on company involved. The one thing for success on Amazon for any company is to interact with any issues customers may have.
