I'm sure this book would be good if you had an extensive appetite and deep pockets for exclusive non run of the mill foods. Sorry not for my fussy teenager, I won't use

Wonderful book to introduce good nutrition through recipes. The cottage cheese pancakes is the favorite recipe in my family.
