Prismacolor 20028 Col-Erase Pencil w/Eraser Non-Photo Blue Lead/Barrel Dozen

Good price and arrived quickly. These work for my needs.

Erases really well. Stay sharp, sturdy. Feels like a less waxy prismacolor. They are a little lighter than I remember non photo blue being. But thats on me. I still love drawing with then. Will probably get another color.

This is a pack of pencils and the first one I used was so light I could barely see it and pressing harder only made dents in the paper but the next one I tried was much better. I likely will not use them as I intended too but will keep them as maybe the rest will be better

Like other reviewers have pointed out, this pencil draws very lightly, seemingly because the lead is very hard. On slightly textured paper like hot-pressed watercolor paper or fine-toothed sketch paper, it's just dark enough to be visible under good lighting. On smooth paper, like copy paper or bristol, you won't be able to get much of a mark (for these papers I would recommend the Col-Erase light blue color, 20068). These also have a barcode sticker on the end, which is slightly annoying. It's not a big deal if you stop using pencils once they get very short. However, if you do, removing the sticker will leave a residue.

As a graphic illustrator I use non-photo blue pencils for sketching. It is a balance between workablility and durability that makes this my new go to for sketching.

These didn't show up at all. I don't know what they're made of, but I've had blue col-erase pencils and I loved them. These are nothing like the ones I've had before though. They are actually useless and a total waste of money, because they have virtually no pigment. Update: I passed the return-by date, so I just threw them away, because I would have no reason to keep them. They are literally useless.

Perfect for my illustrations. I would post them but for privacy I will not. I do recommend this for concept art

Sorry to say it was way too light. I wanted to use it for sketching prior to water colour but it was terribly hard to see in any light.
