The fiber in this product is soluble meaning it dissolves. It attracts water to help its function in the bowel.It is not like bran which is not soluble and is just bulky.The fiber is inulin, which is a prebiotic. This item is EXCELLENT in the original flavor with the purple label, as shown. I am unable to get it any more. They are selling one labeled Bone Health, that tastes terrible. I wish the Original FIBER CHEW WAFERS would still be available. Gummies are terrible. Many don't like gummies! The item pictured was so good. Why was it discontinued????

I hate powdered fiber that you mix in liquid, so I started looking for fiber pills. But so many of them require you take multiple pills every day, and I'd rather just deal with a single dose. I was pleasantly surprised when I found these Fiber Choice chewables. It said serving size 2 tablets. No problem. I can chew 2 tablets a day.Well, folks, these tablets are of epic size - and twice as thick as your average antacid tablet. Although the serving size is 2 tablets, the recommendation on the bottle is 2 to 3 times per day. 😱 I clearly missed this information when I was ordering.That said, the flavor is not bad, but there is a weird, chalky texture similar to Tums or Rolaids. I'll keep this bottle and finish it, but I really don't know if I'd buy them again.

I tried all the pills, gummies and powders and this is the only thing that helps my gut health. They doubled the price recently so I got the knockoff from another store. Looks like it's back to original price now. The taste isn't bad at all, but even if it did, I would still take them because they work so good!

I always liked fiber choice but the only set back of these is the chemical coloring.
