will the shoes stretch?

No. I got mine in wide width and they’re very comfortable.

Stretch - do these loosen up and stretch out over time like real leather? Trying to determine if I keep the snugger fit or looser?

I have worn them only 3 times they have not stretched good quality

It's about 2" which is a very comfortable height. Love the shoes but like any dressy shoes you don't want to wear for hrs!
