This tool works exactly as described. It took a little time to recognize the feel of the "slide" inside the tube as you roll it over the clove, but once I got that, it worked quite well. The job of peeling garlic is still a chore, but this product helps a lot and is easy to clean and store.

Ordered this because it seemed like a good idea. If it was worth it I would return it. To go through putting the garlic in and having to clean it is just to much hassle for little return. Id rather smash it with a knife peel it and wash my hands.

I really love this little tool. I honestly didn't know what I was missing even though I knew I didn't like getting my hands sticky or having them smell like garlic. This is so simple to use and it literally takes seconds to stick it in, roll it around and they are peeled. I have actually hurt myself peeling garlic before. The garlic skin went under my nail and it hurt and made me bleed. Thankfully with the garlic grip I won't have to worry about that again. The silicone is really durable and the price is incredible for how well it works. Clean up is also super quick and easy.I recommend this for every kitchen because it is an invaluable tool. This honestly doesn't need to be a long drawn out review because this product rocks and you won't be disappointed. Wish I had thought of it. it works but the texture changes if you put it in the dishwasher - probably not dishwasher safe which is important when we're talking about garlic.

Works pretty well. Depending on the size of cloves. I still end up peeling half of the cloves by hand.

Great garlic peeler! Make sure you do not get the inside wet, then it won't peel.
