I had several apprehensions while ordering a bed online. And indeed, these apprehensions turned true right from delivery to the actual installation process. Delivery guys made such a hue and cry, and I had to send the product back as they refused to deliver on the third floor. I placed a return request, and then, on a hunch, contacted the seller. This seller truly deserves a 5-star rating for the after sales support offered by way of delivery and installation. He arranged delivery from his end and,send a Technician on the same day itself for installation. The bed is sturdy, well crafted and strong, with excellent finishing from all sides. The only con I would mention is that the bed base board and drawer bases are made of MDF.Nevertheless, overall, it's quite a worthy purchase, and it adds a touch of sophistication and aesthetics to my room. Planning to buy another one very soon.

Product is good. Manual can be added for assembly. 360 view can be provided. Few parts are made of ply instead of wood. Alignment of storage box can be improved.

1) The cot drawers are not attached to the cot, they are just rolling boxes you can tuck in under the bed. The backside drawers have openings and so practically useless to store anything safely without dust. You find the back drawer issue only after assembly and the website pictures conveniently do not show the backside! 2) The piece received had a small damage, which we decided to overlook coz it won't be visible, but there was a clear damage. Attaching pictures and videos for these. 3) They offer carpenter assembly in the website description, but you need to contact them and get a paid carpenter who will arrive a few days late. The cot delivery itself took weeks and calling your own carpenter will be less expensive. 4) Advice: Always take unpacking videos for expensive purchases from Amazon!

The bed Squeaks every time there is a slight movement on it. The product is DIY and company doesn't offer installation. The carpenter who installed it blames the Product and the Product manufacturer will blame the carpenter. Either they should provide complete service or should ensure that the product performance is satisfactory in any condition.
